Shipping

Ground, lower 48: $10 plus 10% of the order value.
Alaska and Hawaii: 25% of the order value, from $50 to $150.
International: $200 flat.
Heavy or oversized items: Some items carry their own rate. Checkout shows it.
Free shipping: Only with a coupon code.
