FPF is a nonflammable, plastic safe, optical grade cleaning fluid engineered for cleaning bare optical fiber prior to fusion splicing or termination. Also ideal for cleaning contaminants from connector end faces. Fast drying and ozone safe, this fluid is the ideal replacement for Isopropyl Alcohol. Removes gel residues, dust, fingerprints, oils, salts, and moisture from fiber optic cable. Safe on most materials including glass, metal, plastic, printed circuit boards, electronics, and cured epoxy surfaces. Not recommended on plastic optical fiber.
