When a visitor comes to this site and purchases products or if a visitor chooses to send us an email, the
information provided is viewed only by Bob Ballard, Owner. At no time is this information added to ANY
database nor is it given or sold to others.
When a visitor clicks on the "Buy" button to purchase a product or service, he/she
is immediately linked to PayPal for completion of the transaction. PayPal uses this information
provided about the customer via secured server only when placing an order and only to complete that
order.
You can register with our website if you would like to receive our additional information as well as updates
on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose
unless you fill out the BDI DataLynk Guest Book as explained above. You will not be added to any update
mailers about our products or services unless you specifically request do so in writing to Bob Ballard at

Course Registration
Fiber Optics Technican Course registration is handled by our Campus Partners. At no time do we accept,
collect information, identify, or otherwise have any prior knowledge of students attending our classes at our
partner locations unless that student has contacted us prior to the class or we have contracted directly with
that student to provide services at his/her facility.
Students who successfully complete our classes have the option to register his/her certification with the
Fiber Optics Association. Once the application is received by the instructor it is immediately forwarded to
the FOA for processing. At no time is this information shared, sold or otherwise made available to the
public.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways
unrelated to the ones described above.
Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or
maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is
structured to attract anyone under 13.
